How It Works

Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide that acts as the master upstream regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. It stimulates GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, which triggers the release of LH and FSH from the pituitary. This cascade regulates sex hormone production (testosterone, estrogen). Kisspeptin-10 is the shortest active fragment commonly used in research.
